Terms of service
1. Who we are
yawrn.studio (“the service”) is operated by [yawrn.ai, company registration and address]. These terms are a contract between you and us when you create an account or use the service.
2. Your account
You need an account to build sites. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live.
3. What you may build
You may publish any lawful content you have the rights to. You may not use the service for anything illegal, for spam, malware or phishing, for harassment, for infringing copyright or trademarks, or to impersonate a person or organisation. We may take down a site or suspend an account that breaks these rules, and will tell you why when the law allows.
4. Your content and ours
You own what you put into the service and what the AI builds for you at your request, to the extent the law allows ownership of it. You give us the licence we need to store, render and serve it. The service itself — the software, templates, design system and brand — stays ours.
5. AI features
The site builder, style copying, Figma matching, editing assistant and analytics insights use large language models. Their output can be wrong or unsuitable; review it before publishing. When you ask the service to copy the style of another website, you are responsible for making sure you are not infringing anyone's rights.
6. Plans and limits
Each plan has limits on sites, AI usage, storage, domains and traffic, shown on your account page. Billing is not enabled yet; plans are set by the administrator. We may change the plans and will give notice of changes that affect you.
7. Analytics on your sites
Published sites collect anonymous usage analytics (see the privacy policy). You are the controller of that data for your own visitors; we process it on your behalf and do not sell it.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service we will give you at least 30 days to export your sites.
9. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or [amount] if you paid nothing).
10. Ending things
You can delete your account at any time; your sites and their published pages are removed with it. We can end this agreement if you breach these terms.
